State-of-the-art viscosity measurements
The viscosity of liquids can be determined most accurately by using capillary viscometers. The tiem required for a fixed volume of liquid to flow through a capillary tube of known length and width is measured. This viscosity unit uses this method and can measure flow through times with an accuracy of 0.01%
