Vacuum Sensor

The HPS Series 345 Pirani Gauge Sensor will measure from atmosphere to medium vacuum.

The sensor tubes will operate with the Series 945, 917, 937, and 953 gauge controllers. It has a measurement range of 10^-4Torr to atmosphere. Since the sensor is shielded, it can be used in conjunction with CE-marked gauge systems. The sensor can be installed in any orientation. Tubes are interchangeable without user calibration.

HPS vacuum components and valves are available with ISO-KF, ISO-Universal, CF and ButtWeld fittings. The gauge line includes standard and convection gauges and hot and cold cathode ionization gauges.
