LabPartner™ is a robust LIMS designed by scientists, for scientists, for use in production laboratories. The first generation of LabPartner™ software was created specifically for a small environmental lab that had been unable to find an affordable LIMS that met the needs of their small laboratory. It seemed that the low-end LIMS providers did not offer enough functionality and the high-end LIMS were too costly, too time-consuming to learn and install, and often offered functionality that far exceeded the needs of smaller labs. After a full year of use in a production laboratory, some additional enhancements were completed, and the second generation of LabPartner™ software was introduced into the marketplace. By offering a full-featured, low-cost LIMS solution designed for the specific needs of small and medium sized labs, Tropical Software Solutions believes that LabPartner™ fills a distinct void that, until now, has existed in the LIMS industry.

Custom Programming
Tropical Software Solutions realizes that not all labs operate alike. To accommodate unique needs, some LabPartner™ functionality can be customized. This helps to ensure that laboratory customers enjoy a LIMS solution that most closely fits their particular needs. While not all labs will require customizations, special consideration has been given to the pricing of LabPartner™'s base package in order to accommodate some customizations and still remain within most laboratory budgets.
