Determine the moisture content of a sample automatically with the Karl Fischer titration automator. The instrument frees operators from manual procedures and minimizes their exposure to dangerous chemicals. The titration automator offers options for three types of samples: Powders and tablets, viscous liquids, and non-viscous or volatile liquids.
Samples are weighed and transferred to the titration vessels, after which the containers are reweighed to determine the exact amount of sample that needs to be titrated. The titration process is performed using a Mettler Toledo DL35 or equivalent titrator. The workstation environment utilizes humidity control to maintain sample integrity and ensure reliable results.
