The Brooks Mfx family consists of explosion-proof Class I, Division 2 Thermal Mass Flow Controller and meter line with UL/CUL approval.
The mass flow instruments have been designed as an integrated, stackable, compact and safe solution for direct installation in Class 1, Division 2 areas. They can be installed in virtually any mounting position. Flow control is measured to 1000 slpm and flow metering to 36,000 slpm.
