The company recently implemented manufacturing changes, which resulted in significant performance improvement in its 6000 Series Stainless Steel Tube-Fin Heat Exchangers. Their larger heat exchangers, such as the 4320, saw a 33% performance boost while the smaller units, such as the 4110, improved 5%. Ideal for applications that use deionized water or corrosive liquids as the coolant, these tube-fin heat exchangers deliver ultra-efficient heat transfer and maximum reliability in liquid-to-air cooling loops.

These compact units are fabricated by expanding heavy-walled, pre-cleaned, stainless steel tubing into copper cooling fins for precise metal-to-metal surface contact, the tube-fin assembly is then welded to stainless steel tube sheets. Finally, the heat exchanger core is fitted with a fan plate that contains slotted mounting flanges. Each unit is 150 psi tested to provide leak-free reliability.

Seven different sizes are available with straight tube, beaded tube, or AN fittings. The fittings and inlet/outlet can be modified for high volume applications. The company also stocks heat exchanger accessories such as fans, power cords and finger guards.
