Sonic Sievers

The GilSonic AutoSiever combines speed and accuracy with microprocessor control for dry sieving of fine powders to 5 µm. The sample is carried in a vertically oscillating air column that lifts particles, then carries them back against mesh openings at 3600 pulses/min.

The UltraSiever uses up to seven conventional 8 in.-diam. test sieves. Woven wire sieves in the #635 (20 µm) to 1/4 in. (6.3 mm) range or special 8-in.-diam. electro-formed sieves with precision unbacked nickel mesh in the 5-25 µm range can be used.

The SiftMaster has a stationary sieve surface for the continuous production sizing of all flowable and difficult materials to 20 µm. This allows particles to be lifted and forcibly tried to meshes by a sonically oscillating air column.
