Scantibodies Laboratory To Implement Smartsolve Solutions From Pilgrim Software

Tampa, FL - Pilgrim Software, Inc., One of the leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, recently announced that Scantibodies Laboratory, a California-based medical device diagnostics company, has selected Pilgrim Software as its automated solution provider for documentation, CAPA and complaints handling, and audit and training management systems. Pilgrim's SmartSolve modules provide Scantibodies powerful and flexible solutions for managing risk, eliminating variance and ensuring enterprise-wide compliance.

Scantibodies selected Pilgrim's out-of-the-box SmartSolve system for its integrated solutions' inherent flexibility, as well as its track record in helping support key management processes at other companies within the regulated Life Sciences marketplace, including pharmaceutical and biotech enterprises, bloodservice organizations and other medical device companies.

"We reviewed numerous software solutions and selected Pilgrim because its out-of-the-box system was developed in accordance with industry best practices," said Michael Nordstrom, director of QA/RA for Scantibodies. "In addition to providing automated processes that will support our quality management initiatives, Pilgrim's solution also provides the flexibility and scalability to easily integrate additional modules and increase the number of users. Partnering with Pilgrim enhances our quality and compliance efforts at both the process and product level."

"SmartSolve helps regulated enterprises like Scantibodies reduce potential exposure to 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory risk," said Prashanth Rajendran, Pilgrim's Chief Operating Officer. "Scantibodies is proactively addressing this growing need, common throughout the Life Sciences, by implementing SmartSolve to reduce internal shortfalls that sometimes lead to the types of errors that no company can afford. Each SmartSolve module will provide Scantibodies with greater process control, as well as accelerated response rates and overall enhanced business performance."
