RF Generator

The CLF-5000 is a low-frequency, high power RF generator. The power source offers auto-tune circuitry, high power headroom, as well as an all-copper heatsink.

The product can be used over a frequency range of 20 to 450 kHz, and can be operated in "fixed frequency", or auto-tuned up to 20% bandwidth.

In applications such as induction heating, silicon crystal growing, ashing and plasma environments, the combinations of auto-tune and excess power headroom will allow the power delivery system to deliver power to these changing reactive loads without mechanically tuned matching networks.
