The Sage 100 compact ESCA System meets all requirements for an industrial application in context with surface related properties. This machine offers quantitative information, and provides straightforward data interpretation. This unit is specifically designed to achieve analytical information in a minimum amount of time. It is also compact and protected against disturbing influences.

Most of the functions on this system are automated, and can be fully controlled from the central laboratory, even over long distances. This quality control system is equipped with an SCA analyzer and a large-area lense system, a dual anode X-ray source and a sputter device for sample cleaning. The only manual operation this system requires is to insert the sample holder into the transfer system.
