Precision X-Y Tables

UniSlide Manual Driven Slide Assemblies are versatile, moderately priced positioning equipment. Uses for precision UniSlide dovetail X-Y tables include: gauging, probing, measuring or feeding, fixturing, testing and inspection, assembly and packaging, dispensing, routing and engraving and robotic prototypes. Made of lightweight 2024 aluminum extrusion, the sliding carriage travels on low friction polymer bearing pads. UniSlide Assemblies offer a precise, yet mechanically simple design, which is easily modifiable, in a very broad range of sizes and payload capacities. UniSlide Assemblies are available as single axis units or as complete multi-axis systems with computer control. The slide assembly can be made non-ferritc on request. Standard widths are 1.5", 2.5", 4", 6" and 9"; lengths from 4" to 93".

Available motor types include steppers, D.C. shunt and permanent magnet. Lead screw advance includes: 0.025", 0.050", 0.100", 0.200", 0.400", 1.0", 1 mm and 2 mm per turn. Options include way covers, parallel coupled units, and glass encoder scales for high resolution direct position indication.
