PITTCON 2001: SPE Columns

J-Clean PDVB (polydivinylbenzene) SPE tubes consist of high purity, 100% polydivinylbenzene resin in a J-Clean syringe barrel format with .5 micron frits. The resin has 5-38 micron particle size range and produces more efficient extractions than most other styrene DVB resins, even at the same particle size.

This product is useful for many applications involving analytical and prep cleanup. It can be used to extract phenols and acidic pesticides from environmental samples. These columns are also useful for nucleic acid preparations and polar drug metabolites. In addition, they can be used with peptides and proteins as well.
