PITTCON 2001: Conductivity Instrument Kits
The meters measure conductivity, resistivity, total dissolved solids, salinity and temperature, and are designed to be highly communicative and flexible. The meter is controlled and data are acquired through a PC or graphical display terminal. Sample tracking and descriptive identification are accomplished with the connection of a bar code reader and/or keyboard. The meters store up to 2500 data sets (measurement, temperature, time, date, and I.D.), and will transfer data into a LIMS. Meter terminals are available with or without built-in printers.
Meter resolution is to 0.0001 µS/cm, with an absolute accuracy of 0.5% of the measured value. Cell constants are adjustable and temperature compensation functions are selectable or can be switched off. In addition, the meter's software is upgradeable through Internet download.
