ScreenIT LIMS is an analytical data management program that was developed by the company's software engineers. It is targeted at process control and manufacturing laboratories. The program is a flexible, client-server LIMS that utilizes Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server. It includes four feature-rich components: Sample Tracking, Data Entry, QC and SetUp. These components allow for tasks such as standard and custom reporting (backlog and production reports, certificates of analysis, etc.) unit conversions, trend analysis, product SPC charting, invoicing and direct instrument integration. Additionally, the program offers user-customizable screen captions, multiple specifications with corresponding actions, the ability to import data from numerous formats, tight integration with Microsoft Office and multiple levels of security.
