Nevcin Polymers Becomes Subsidiary of Neville Chemical

Nevcin Polymers (Uithoorn, Netherlands) has become a 100%-owned subsidiary of Neville Chemical Co. (Pittsburgh). For 39 years, Nevcin Polymers had been a 50/50 joint venture between Neville and Cindu International, through one of Cindu's affiliated companies.

Neville Chemical Co. manufactures hydrocarbon resins, which enhance the performance characteristics for printing inks, adhesives, coatings, and rubber goods. Neville's main manufacturing facility and corporate offices are located on Neville Island, six miles west of Pittsburgh. In addition, Neville operates a second manufacturing facility in Anaheim, CA.
