National Instruments Offers Free Seminar On Data Acquisition Applications

National Instruments (Austin, TX), a supplier of computer-based measurement and automation products, will offer a free hands-on seminar to teach engineers and scientists how to apply PC-based data acquisition hardware and software to real-world measurement and automation applications. The seminars will be held in cities across the country from April 20 through July 22.

The seminar, "Data Acquisition Applications," will share basic tutorial information and helpful tips on sensors, signal conditioning, DAQ hardware, and LabView software. Attendees will also learn how to build four very common applications, including a dynamometer test system, a consumer electronics test system, a distributed I/O application for climate/zone control, and a system for remote audio/telecommunications control.
