Multiwavelength Detector

The HP 1100 Series is a multiwavelength detector that provides chemical and pharmaceutical analysts with a high-sensitivity instrument for UV-visible detection in high–performance liquid chromatography. This unit allows a wide range of wavelengths, and the diode-array-based optical design offers high sensitivity for trace-level quantification. It is useful for quantifying compounds and simultaneously monitoring impurities at various wavelengths, in addition to being upgraded to a diode array detector for full spectral capabilities. Using a leak-handling channel, this detector is designed for ease of use and complete system safety.
