Resdel Corporation's proven proprietary forming technology to optimize the physics and chemistry of thermoset resins to routinely make lightweight, tight tolerance tubing, with no mold draft or parting lines. Our tubing has a dense void free surface with an optically smooth finish.

Our process gives Electronics, Instrument and Original Equipment Producers highly precise, dimensionally stable, chemically resistant,tubing for worldwide applications. These include both small trial quantities and full-scale production volumes.

There are no tooling charges because of our large mold inventory provides a wide selection of 65 standard OD's with ID's to your spec. We can make single or multiple wall tubing that is dielectric, conductive or EMI shielded.

We have a series of standard natural clear or amber base resins and custom formulations that can be opaque, or translucent. We can match any required color with dyed and tinted additives and change the physical properties with wear resistant, stiffening or flexiblizer additives. Out tubing is dimensionally stable from elevated temperatures down to cryogenic applications.
