The washing cycle on is carried out with use of strong ultrasonic energy which reaches up to 1000 ATMS. This is produced by projecting a localized ultrasonic energy force into the washing liquid. Washing can remove dirt and stains effectively and efficiently so that no contamination will be found, assuring a perfect and satisfactory results which no other washing system can achieve.
Multicycle of Washing and Rinsing
Designed to be easily operated with only the ON/OFF switch. It is designed so all processes of washing / rinsing may be performed in a single tank merely by operating a feed valve. No inconvenience of basket replacement, assuring time and labor savings.
Turnable Mechanism Enhancing the Washing Efficiency
A basket inside the tank is constructed to constantly rotate while washing and rinsing, and localized ultrasonic energy is utilized most effectively, always assuring uniform cleaning.
The Reflux Mechanism Maintains the Washing Liquid at 100% Quality
Provided with a reflux mechanism which causes the dirty washing liquid inside the pipet tube to automatically discharge by jet stream flowing from the bottom nozzle which will always maintain a washing liquid at an optimum quality condition so that it may be utilized at 100% effectivity.
Economical Washing and Rinsing
Since ultrasonic waves are also employed in the rinsing process and washing process, the time required for rinsing can be drastically shortened as compared with that of a convenient unit. Therefore, consumption of washing water can be greatly reduced.
High Frequency Output, 50W, 28 kHz
Designed to be driven by a high frequency output of 50W 28 kHz. A ferrite trembler is used as an ultrasonic wave vibrator. Trembler has a high conversion of efficiency from power input to vibration.
Functional Design
A number of components such as washing tank, ultrasonic wave generator, pump, etc. are compactly integrated into this system for maximum functionality and operation.
