This centrifuge comes with an 18 position angle rotor for microcentrifuge tubes that is easily removed for cleaning and autoclaving. The rotor accepts a variety of microtubes, including those with screw caps and skirted buttons. It also has a brushless motor and a maximum speed of up to 14,000 rpm. It has an extremely small footprint and is suitable for cold room operation down to 4°C. In addition, this centrifuge has an automatic locking lid and extremely quiet operation.
