Mercury Porosimeter

The PoreMaster GT series are automatic mercury porosimeters that are used for the determination of pore volume distribution, particle size distribution, surface area and bulk density. This unit features a single high-pressure chamber that can measure two high-pressure samples simultaneously while low-pressure analysis proceeds independently on two other samples. In addition, this porosimeter has a semi-automated cavity closure that eliminates the need for operators to lift the high pressure closure assembly, thus reducing the danger of penetrometer breakage. With one dual-cavity chamber and automatic oil pumping, the time it takes to purge air and the amount of oil consumed is lowered, reducing costs and setup time.
