MedLink Announces Agreement With Clinical Laboratory Management
Ronkonkoma, NY--(Marketwire),MedLink International, Inc. (OTCBB: MLKNA) announced today that it has entered into an affiliation agreement with Clinical Laboratory Management, Inc. ("CLM"), a regional ancillary provider with operations in 5 states -- New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania , Delaware, and Maryland. In an effort to increase efficiencies and patient care for their referring providers, CLM will educate physicians on the benefits of the MedLink TotalOffice EHR, a CCHIT Certified® 08 Ambulatory EHR. Additionally, CLM will inform physicians on the provisions available under HITECH, 2009 stimulus plan and under the 2003 Medicare Modernization Act (MMA). Providers may qualify for participating in the 2% e-prescription incentives and other incentives for Center for Medicare Services (CMS) -- (PQRI) quality reporting.
Practices utilizing the TotalOffice EHR and MedLink EHR Lite will be able to streamline lab ordering and results delivery directly from CLM into the electronic health record of the patient and workflow of the physician
