Material Research Objective

This ATR objective has been designed for FT-IR microscopes and is equipped with a calibration target to assure that the sample that is seen is the sample that is analyzed. This system is suited for paper products, multi-layered interfaces, included contaminants in polymers, and microcontaminants in semiconductor materials and forensics. It is available with silicon, germanium and diamond elements, and it allows for the analysis of samples down to 10 microns in size, without the need for sample preparation.
