MagicChem 600 - Automated Fluoride Analysis
This automated system mixes TiSAB with the sample on-line. Special flow-through electrodes are used that require very little sample to reach a stable reading. The flow-through electrodes also rinse quickly between samples resulting in minimal carryover and a sample throughput of less than one minute per sample. Off-scale samples are diluted and re-run automatically, providing a true stand-alone system.
The software controls the hardware, performs calculations such as corrections for blanks, drifts and spikes and reports the data in a user definable format. The screen display and data reporting formats are completely user configurable employing a drag and drop interface. There is also a QC charting module that is used to track the performance of routine samples over time.
