Luminometer

The TD20/20 Luminometer has the following features:

• sensitive to 0.1 femtogram of luciferase
• dynamic range of greater than five orders of magnitude, extended to greater than seven orders of magnitude with optical filter
• optional internal auto-injectors provide programmable single or dual injection
• sample compartment accommodates 8 x 50 mm test tube, 12 x 50 mm test tube, 1.5 ml microfuge tube, 28 mm scintillation vial, r 35 mm culture dish
• calculates sample average and variance of up to 20 replicate samples
• RS-232 for data output to a printer or computer
• automatic baseline connection for background noise
