Brooks offers a line of products for liquid mass flow measurement and control. This weather-tight device measures and controls extremely low flows of liquid. The 5881/5882 series is for liquid control applications and the 5891/5892 is for liquid meter applications.

Maximum Pressure: 5800 psi (400 bar)

Maximum Temperature: 150°F (65°C)
