Lee Technologies Wins Award For Advanced Chemical Science Lab

Lee Technologies Group (Lee Technologies; Fairfax, VA), has won the 1999 Washington Building Congress Inc. Craftsmanship Award. The honor recognizes the company's efforts to supply two 225-kVA uninterruptible power supplies to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST; Gaithersburg, MD) Advanced Chemical Sciences Laboratory.

The power supplies were installed in an isolated redundant configuration to provide the lab with superior reliability for a two-module system. Dale Martin of Trammell Crow Co. presented the award at the 43rd Annual Craftsmanship Awards Banquet.
