Ionization Gauge

The Micro-Ion Gauge features dual ion collectors and a metal envelope that provide measurement up to 5 x 10^-2 Torr. Dual, burn-out resistant, yttira-coated iridium filaments are said to provide long life. Unscheduled downtime is avoided by using the second filament as a backup until the gauge can be replaced.

The gauge requires 8% of the power required for a glass gauge. All components of the gauge are vacuum-fired and assembled in a Class 100 cleanroom environment.
