The CELL-DYN 1200 hematology system uses focused flow impedance to provide a complete 18-parameter CBC that includes a three-part differential. With a closed mode sampler, this instrument accepts most standard blood collection tubes including pediatric and microtainers. To run a sample, the user places the collection tube in the sample station and closes the door. The system automatically aspirates, analyzes and rinses all related tubing, minimizing operator exposure to biohazards.
