PerkinElmer Instruments, Inc.Elmer's PPC (Programmable Pneumatic Control) system has been extended to include carrier gas control for the HS 40XL Automatic Headspace Sampler. Setup consists of enabling the headspace pneumatics to be set from the keypad or Turbochrom software.
No manual operator adjustment of knobs for flow or pressure control are necessary. Other features include pressure, velocity, and flow programming. Pressure pulse injections provide minimum detectable quantities.
