This elastic-electron-scattering cross-section database provides...
This elastic-electron-scattering cross-section database provides calculated values of differential cross sections for elastic electron scattering. The cross sections are able to be calculated using both relativistic and nonrelativistic approaches, and can be represented in three different coordinate systems. This database offers electron scattering for elements with atomic numbers from 1 to 96 and for electron energies between 50 eV and 9,999 eV (in steps of 1eV). This product simulates the overall scattering effect of electrons in solids.
