The DropIn sinks are characterized by the rounding of all corners and the gentle sloping of the bottom of the sink to the corner outlet.

The installation of the DropIn sinks is completely above surface and all joint seals are visible. In addition, the full size of the sink is available to be used without the overhang and associated cleaning difficulty of the undermount sink installation.

By creating a number of sink depths utilizing the same OD cutouts in the countertops, considerable flexibility is bestowed on the lab owner and user. Sinks may be installed with silicon joints, easily removed for change. With common outlet locations and only depth variations, changing plumbing connections is simple.

The DropIn elevates the sink bottom by at least one inch, and the elimination of supports usually adds another inch or more minimum elevation. Corner drains put the drains at the back corner of each and every sink to eliminate plumbing in the vital center or front storage area of the cabinet. This also reduces the length of piping.

The sinks can be molded to accept standard disposals/grinders commercially available at all plumbing and hardware stores. The opening can also be ordered to fit the Gerberit opening, a plumbing system commonly found in Europe and other parts of the world.
