The CoolSafe is a bench top storage system for 0.2ml tubes, strips or trays, 0.5ml, 1.5ml, and 5ml microtubes. It contains Cool Bricks that maintain a constant temperature for up to 10 hours and are available in 1°C and –10°C. This system has cold-conducting, solid metal chambers that surround inserted tubes and guarantee sustained temperatures. They may be easily removed and replaced with alternate chambers for different sized tubes. This system is constructed of triple-density expanded polystyrene to ensure temperature stability.
