Continuum IR Microscope

Nicolet Instrument Corp. has created a Continuum infrared microscope. It gives visual images and signal-to-noise ratios due to its infinity-corrected optical design. Even during data collection, it provides sample views with optical quality. It enables users to employ a variety of IR and visible optics to enhance IR microsampling. This eliminates the need to switch between view and collect modes of operation, saving time and eliminating operating errors.

The ReFlex aperture is an automated, single aperture that enables users to focus on the sample area of interest without interference from the surrounding area.

The system can be ordered with options ranging from a basic microscope to a fully automated system with chemical imaging.
