Commodore Separation Technologies To Merge With American Technologies Group
Commodore Separation Technologies Inc. (Kennesaw, GA), has signed a non-binding letter of intent to merge with American Technologies Group Inc. (ATG; New York). Commodore is currently working to commercialize its supported liquid membrane (Slim)a new feedstream separation technology and recovery system that selectively removes valuable substances for reuse or toxic materials for safe disposal. ATG develops, commercializes, and sells products and systems for water-purification systems and high-energy particle beams.
Under the terms of the letter of intent, Commodore will form a new, wholly owned Slim technology subsidiary prior to the proposed merger. Also prior to the merger, the company will effect a 3-for-1 reverse split of its stock. On the effective date of the proposed merger, ATG will own 100% of Commodore.
