Clinlab 2000

ClinLab 2000 is a Windows based, Internet and Web-enabled Labrotory information management system. It acts as a data warehouse for all the lab results and includes reporting, data acquisition, label printing, electronic signoff and more. It is designed for use at independent reference labs and for easy integration with an existing Practice/Hospital Management System. It can be used at a small practice or reference laboratory and can be just as easily deployed at a full Internet presence lab.

Standard Features
The following is a condensed list of Standard Features that are included in the Clinlab Lab Information System. This list is not complete and our product at delivery time may contain features not in this list.

• Patient Demographics
  Add/modify/delete patient demographics include three user definable fields. Patient location and physicians defaults included and are modifiable at the time of order entry. All modifications and deletions are logged to our audit system.
  
• Admit & Order Tests
  Admit patient with location and payer information. Order single tests and test batteries in our Order Entry System.
  
• Result Entry
  Result entry of single and battery tests with tech verification. The lab technician can manually reflex tests or confirm auto-reflex suggestions without leaving the result entry screen. Patient and QC samples are verified in the same screen format. Westgard Rules can be applied to QC samples and the analysis can be displayed or printed.
• Sample Status
  Complete status display of a single sample ID. Display shows patient demographics, location, order tech, verify tech, date and time of collection, received and verified.
