Cell Environment System

The Caco-2 assay system is a single use, integrated cell environment specifically designed to promote the rapid differentiation of Caco-2 cells in vitro. Each individual system has a fibrillar collagen-coated 24-well cell culture insert suitable for the robotic screening of prospective pharmaceuticals for oral bioavailability and absorption. Each system also has a custom designed feeder tray and automation friendly lid. The system is capable of being used manually with individual or multichannel pipettors.
