Batch Processing Mixer

The RBTNS Biotech Mixer was designed for a variety of batch processing applications in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty chemical and food and beverage industries. With a right angle drive configuration, this mixer is suitable for applications where headroom clearances are limited. It has a single stream port located in the seal housing to ensure even heating to sterilization temperatures. This variable speed instrument has a standard single mechanical seal with a proprietary acoustic absorption ring, and is available with motors from ¼ to 3 hp. In addition, all the wetted parts are polished to a 32AA finish for corrosion resistance and smooth sanitary surfaces.
