Automatic Distillation Systems

Vapodest distillation systems are designed for Kjeldahl, cyanide, alcohol or phenol digestion present in applications involving food, feed, brewing, water and environmental analysis. These systems prioritize safety and comply with methods approved by AOAC and other standards organizations.

The built-in autotitration system offers highly sensitive ceramic micro-dosing pump with an accuracy of less than 0.2% deviation. Coupled with revised on-line titration, the system guarantees reproducible results.

Touch sensitive screen displays the recommended functions and provides the lab technician with an interactive and guided communication process. The chemically resistant user-interface displays all available functions at a glance. With twenty main programs for Kjeldahl determinations, the system allows up to 1,000 calibration data and up to 10,000 sample results can be stored and recalled.

The distillation systems are packaged with printer equipment. Communication is possible with a balance or a LIMS system. The steam power can be set variably from 40 to 100% and the stand-by function helps to save energy and cool
