ATS Atmosphere Furnaces
ATS Series 3150 and 3350 box furnaces serve as the foundations for these atmosphere furnaces, providing a wide selection of sizes and element configurations. Models are available with temperature capabilities up to 3092° F (1700° C).
For the Ultimate in Temperature Control
Isothermal and Gradient Furnaces from ATS:
For applications where extreme temperature stability is required, ATS offers the option of adding bronze-alloy-equalizing blocks to our Series 3210 Split Tube and Series 3110 Tube Furnaces. These precision-machined blocks provide a stabilizing thermal mass between the furnace's heating elements and the process tube, or reactor. This design ensures that maximum temperature uniformity is maintained, either along the entire length of the furnace or throughout an entire furnace zone while not adversely restricting furnace heat-up and cool-down rates.
