Thermo LabSystems has published a four page brochure on its new integrated archival and database functionality for its award-winning Atlas Chromatography Data System (CDS). Atlas Archival technology, based on the company's eRecordManagerTM product, allows the easy search, viewing and manipulation of chromatography raw data, method details and results from within Atlas.

The new brochure provides readers with a comprehensive overview of this solution for long-term data storage and retrieval, including the archiving process, scheduling, searching, workbook retrieval and data reprocessing. It highlights the system's ability to reprocess data from virtually any other chromatography data system or instrument, allowing laboratories to realize the asset in their historical data with no reliance on the original software, operating system or hardware. <

The platform-independence that Atlas Archival offers for accessing data is based on a powerful library of file converters, which automate the translation into XML format; the industry standard file format for data storage and transfer. Full application support is provided for compliance with US FDA Ruling 21 CFR Part 11 and other similar regulatory protocols.

The new Atlas Archival brochure is available free-of-charge worldwide to organizations that are assessing their analytical data archiving requirements.
