Product Profile: CentronSQL

Our most powerful Environmental Monitoring System to date, CentronSQL is designed to run on a SQL or Oracle platform providing industry standard data formats. Data is centrally collected, safely stored and readily available for unexpected audits. Encrypted information ensures data integrity of critical GxP audit trails and system program data; documented comments and log files create a permanent record of how an alarm was handled and by whom. Documenting not only readings and alarms, but also program changes provides a complete picture of who, what, how and why.

Built-in battery backups, automatic data backup, auto resets, and alarm notification in the event of a loss of a key system component or network connectivity ensures that your critical product and research are protected regardless of what else is going on.

Scalable floor plans with easily identifiable icons provide an excellent overview of the facility. Different icons for each input type, color-coded by probe status allow users to quickly assess the situation. The ability to simultaneously see detailed information for multiple inputs on the floor plan provide the ideal mix of overview and detail needed.

Integration with Crystal Reports provides a vast array of analysis reports and graphs that can be easily accessed from any workstation. Historical and real-time data can be easily viewed and graphed at any time with only a few keystrokes, instantly providing up to date information. Reports can be generated based on time, date, activity, input, event type or multiple criteria allowing you access to what you need to know, when you need to know it.

Robust alarming capabilities include local audible and visual alarms, e-mail, text message, and voice-mail quality telephone notification. A complete message includes input number, input name, current reading, low limit and high limit gives the recipient a clear picture of what is going on. Pre-Alarm notifications provide early warnings that allow users to act and correct the situation before an actual documented event occurs. Secure web access and IVR call-in system allow users to view status and respond to alarms from virtually anywhere.

A single system can monitor numerous departments within your facility whether they are on a different floor, in a different building, or even in a different town. Each input can be assigned to a specific department and viewed only by the authorized users. This allows each department to handle its own alarms, generate its own reports, and use its own SOPs.
