Syringe Pump

The Model 1000DX syringe pump delivers programmable pulseless flow of fluids with viscosities from liquefied gases to tar. Applications include positive feed of reactants and catalysts, supercritical fluids and recirculating flow systems.

The pump operates from 100 microliters per minute up to 800 ml/minute and up to 2,000 psi. Pump cylinder capacity is 1000 ml, and a dual-syringe configuration provides continuous flow with alternating delivery and refill. The digital controller handles up to three syringe modules with flow or pressure control; external control and monitoring are supported either via serial interface, or analog and contact closure/output.
