The FlexChem Synthesis Blocks are leak-proof and chemically-resistant for high throughput synthesis of small molecules. The system features a multiwell reaction/filtration block. It is molded from high density polypropylene, and each of the 96 independent reaction chambers has a bottom frit for retaining resin.
Independently removable sealing covers with replaceable gaskets clamp along the sides of the block for reliable sealing. The system allows simple leak-free sealing when adding reagents or collecting cleavage products. The sealed reaction block has a microplate footprint and is compatible with various liquid handling systems.
