The Buck 210VGP/220 spectro-photometer features a microprocessor-based graphite furnace and is designed for ultra-trace multi-element analyses. The product uses advanced electronic technology to achieve high performance and stability in a simple to operate design, and it utilizes atomization techniques, from flame to furnace, and comes equipped with deuterium and giant pulse background correction. Additional features include quick-change burner/furnace assembly mounting, flame and furnace autosampler options, and automatic system controls for each element and technique.

The system is fully programmable, computer operated, and has a back-mounted furnace. The proprietary in-line deuterium background correction eliminates physical, chemical, and spectral interference without sacrificing performance. The stable-beam design provides high lamp energy to the detector for low detection limits without compromising stability, and the methods library sets furnace conditions for 60 metals automatically.
