EZ-CFU One Step provides a 2.0 mL inoculum in a single aliquot. This allows the lab technician to perform up to 19 tests per aliquot (0.1 mL) or 190 tests per kit. EZ-CFU One Step earns its name because it is immediately ready to be added to the challenge material once the hydrated suspension is prepared (30 minutes).
