Quantim Mass Flow Controller

Quantim Mass Flow Controller was designed specifically for development of new medicines, including genes in biotech applications that require tight control of gas. For reproducible results, this controller provides accurate, repeatable and reliable mass flow measurement and control of the nutrient feed batch after batch. It provides accurate and direct mass flow measurement and control independent of fluid characteristics. The on-line density measurement and temperature outputs can be used to optimize overall process performance. Developed for biotech, fermentation processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing, this flow controller features a line size 1/8 in. with an operating flow range of 0-1 kg/h and operating temperature/pressure of 25°C/3 bar.
