This product is a microprocessor based controller that has been specifically designed for the EFM series of precision UHV evaporators. This controller is rated at 300 watts and it features a programmable automatic thin film deposition as a function of exposure or time, based on control of the shutter or heating power. Also included is a LCD that displays a variety of different parameters. The evaporators in this unit are available as single or triple cells, mounted on a 70mm OD CF flange, and the flux can be adjusted and regulated before the shutter is opened.
