The Falcon Tube Rack Storage System allows users to access an individual 1.4 ml polypropylene tube so an entire rack need not be thawed to retrieve one sample. Exacting dimensional tolerances insure reliable robotic handling of individual tubes. High-purity polypropylene is molded in a Class 10,000 clean room for low particulates and extractables, and optional alphanumerics printed on the bottom of the tubes make identification even easier. Precision-engineered tube caps, capbands, and capmats provide a hermetic barrier, virtually eliminating sample dilution from absorbed moisture. Storage and transport of samples are safe and easy using the polycarbonate tubeholder with locking lid. Additionally, modular, extendible freezer racks keep samples easily accessible, and replacement tubes are available pre-racked or bulk.
