The MicroCryoProbe series accommodate small sample amount applications in biology, natural products and metabolism. Smaller test samples for NMR measurements result in less sample use, requiring less solvent to bring the sample volume to the required levels.
Newly available for samples in 3 mm NMR, these tube series are based on cryogenically cooled receiver coils and electronics with benefits of:
- 3mm 500 MHz probe for 1 H and 13 C detection
- deuterium lock
- actively shielded z-gradient
- 5-fold S/N improvement over conventional probes
- increase in throughput of ~ 25x
